In this paper, we have presented a single-mode high-index Bragg fiber having two zero dispersion wavelengths one at 813 nm with a dispersion slope of 0.2745 ps/nm2 km and another one at 1550 nm. The Bragg fiber has a high-index core made up of silica and is consisting of alternating layers of air and silica. Due to its low intrinsic losses (<1 dB/km), the fiber is suitable for telecom applications in visible range and nontelecom applications due to its ultraflat anomalous dispersion.
