Speech recognition is the ability of a machine or program to identify words and phrases in spoken language and convert them to a machine-readable format or digital codes. Rudimentary speech recognition software has a limited vocabulary of words and phrases and may only identify these if they are spoken very clearly. The speech recognition system is completely assembled and easy to use programmable speech recognition. Programmable, in the sense that you train the words (or vocal utterances) you want the circuit to recognize. This allows you to experiment with many facets of speech recognition technology. It has 8 bit data out which can be interfaced with any microcontroller for further development. Some of interfacing applications which can be made are controlling in-car systems, health care medical documentation, Speech Assisted technologies, Speech into text translation, Highperformance fighter aircraft and many more.
